Why we started TEKI
For years, we trained with what the market gave us. And for years, the market gave us the same two options: cheaply made, mass-produced gear with zero quality control, or big-name brands riding on reputation alone - overpriced, overhyped, and ultimately a disappointment when you actually put them on.
We weren't just frustrated observers. Our hands were paying the price.
Hattori
When we started having hand complications, we asked each other - why not create our own glove?
What followed was over three years of R&D. We tested different foams, product designs and worked through dozens of prototypes - rejecting each one that didn't meet the standard we had set. We wanted a glove that was protective on the knuckles without killing punch feedback. A glove that was comfortable from the 1st session, not the 50th. One that would stay durable and protective without compromise.
After years of work, we finally had a boxing glove we believed in completely.
We called it HATTORI.
TESTED WHERE IT MATTERS
We didn't just take our word for it. We put the Hattoris in the hands of professional boxers and coaches and asked them to be brutal on them. Hundreds of rounds of sparring, bag work, and mitt sessions later, the feedback was consistent: these gloves worked. Not just on day 1 - round after round, session after session.
Boxing Essentials
From there, we applied the same process to everything a boxer needs. We developed headgear that doesn't ask you to choose between protection and vision. We built punch mitts that give coaches solid feedback without punishing their hands. Every product we release goes through the same rigorous testing before it reaches the customer.
The Vision behind TEKI
TEKI is a boxing brand built by a family of boxers who love this sport deeply. We grew up in it, we trained in it, and over the years it gave us more than we could ever fully repay - the discipline, the community, and being a part of it.
TEKI 敵 = enemy. In boxing, there are always two enemies you must face. The opponent across the ring and the voice in your own head every time you lace up and walk into the gym. We built this brand for fighters who understand both.

We are fighters who trained, competed, and dedicated our lives to the sweet science.
Every product we make is held to one question: would we
train with this ourselves? If the answer is anything less than an immediate yes, we go back to the drawing board.
